I have been seeing Dr. Aparna for over 4 months for my allergies. She is extremely patient, she went through my long history and put me on ayurvedic herbs, yoga and deep breathing exercises. Since 3 months I have had no allergy issues. I stopped taking zyrtec and now am free of this medicine completely. With her herbs etc. the quality of my life has improved tremendously. I highly recommend her for any health issues. I feel blessed to have found her, and feel everyone should use Ayurveda in their life. Thank you Dr. Aparna for all you do for me and my family.

I had severe sciatic pain in Feb 2021 and an MRI confirmed disc herniation in the lower lumbar area. I was hardly able to walk in this time frame. While I started allopathic treatment, I also considered Ayurveda and reached out to Aparna in Mar 2021. Aparna put me on a holistic treatment plan including diet, yoga exercises, walk and a regimen of ayurvedic herbs. Before I started Ayurveda treatment with Aparna, I was taking Gabapentene, a nerve pain medication, 3x a day. After starting to take ayurvedic medicines and following her diet and exercise plan regularly, I started gradually cutting down on the Gabapentene dosage and was totally medication free in less than 2 months. I have been medication free since then. I took a massage treatment in mid-May 2021 which further helped improve the situation. I am almost back to my pre-herniation days now. I am really glad that I reached out to Aparna and started to get Ayurvedic treatment. The confidence in Ayurveda has now prompted me to seek her Ayurveda treatment for my BP/cholesterol issues too. I have already started to see its impact during my recent physicals only after taking the treatment for about a month. Aparna’s approach and treatment plan and Ayurveda’s approach to healthy lifestyle changes have made a very positive impact on me and my health. Thank you very much Dr. Aparna!

Great experience for my post partum massage. I went for an at-home overall post-natal massage at Ayur services. Aparna, the Ayurvedic doctor, consulted me through my options and the benefits of doing the post-natal massage within 6 weeks of delivery. Rose had come all equipped at my place for the massage. She was pleasant, accommodating and made me feel very calm. The massage itself was amazing and I felt 10lbs lighter after. I would definitely recommend this massage for anyone looking for a post delivery Ayurvedic massage. Looking forward to try other massages that Ayur services has to offer!!
