Took everything we packed( many, many boxes) a large bookcase, a large glass hutch and small bookcase. They took it all to a local storage unit and were done in an hour. Highly recommended.

(March 15, 2019, 4:58 pm)Father & Son moved my elderly mother's apartment when she unexpectedly had to enter an assisted living complex. We called on a Wednesday and they had her moved that Saturday! Their prices were reasonable, and their crew (Wilson & his guys) were quick, efficient & friendly. Ours was a very good experience.

This is the 3rd time I've had experience with Father & Son's movers. First, my boyfriend used their services to move, 2nd we used them for his parents and now we just used them again to move into our new home.
THEY WERE FANTASTIC!
Completely thorough and when I underestimated how much stuff we had I called them back, they adjusted the quote up a bit and it was no problem. The day of the move we were getting a strong afternoon snowstorm. I called them the day before and asked them if we could change the move to earlier in the day, no problem....
The best part is we came in UNDER THE ESTIMATE. How? Organization. When your movers arrive, have boxes clearly labeled and up against the walls so they have room to work. Keep boxes around the same size (easy to load on the dolly), don't overpack boxes, they don't expand the time to fit the quote, they do their work and the easier they have it, the faster they go. Put small signs to the entrance of the rooms at the new place. They won't need to stop and ask where they are going.
And the best part everyone was super professional, polite and on time. I will definitely use them again! Thanks, Guys. -

We also stored everything with them while our house was being built which they made seamless for us. In addition, we just moved into our new home and again, move in was made easy and done quickly with no broken or lost items! I will be recommending them to anyone I know moving. Great job and so nice working with Kristin who managed the storage and moving logistics.
