I was actually there when a woman was begging her to get a Hockey newspaper article done in time for Christmas. The owner explained that she could Temporarily frame the unusually shaped and in poor condition pics of newsprint, but to please come back after the Holiday rush so that she could re frame the arises propwrly. I cannot belive the customer bashed the owner after rushing her to get this done for the Holiday and,KNOWING the owner offered to re frame the customer's sons gift. I Know the owner just wanted the Mom to have this gift for her son, under the tree. Shame on You for criticizing We Frame It. 27 years she has been there for my family and friends and is extremely honest , educational and reasonable.
