I was very impressed with Dr. Cusanello’s professionalism and the care he gave me. The staff was very nice and were helpful getting me an appointment quickly for my broken tooth. I had had a crown done years ago and was AMAZED at how different the procedure was at Lexington Prosthodontics. The technology is so advanced that the scans they used were all that was needed for a perfectly fitting crown. I couldn’t be happier with the result and will recommend this office to friends/family.

Liora is a fabulous hygienist! She is gentle and thorough! The entire practice is calm. Dr Cusanello is an expert and all the work I’ve had done and the referrals he’s made have been spot on.

I'm a low-income senior, so was very worried about the "all or nothing" attitude I've sometimes run unto with other dentists. Dr. Cusanello was very patient and took the time to explain what really needs to be done now, and what can wait, and even gave me a printout showing what we'd agreed to do, with the cost for each. Very calm atmosphere. Besides the Dr., all the assistants, & the x-ray technician were friendly and competent. Highest marks.

Great experience- excellent care, and painless procedures. Highly recommend this practice. Incredibly friendly staff. Dr. Cusanello is a fantastic dentist and really makes time for everyone. He loves to educate his patients and even took the time to draw out what he was doing. I really appreciated that!
