I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max at Best Buy since it was the only place seemingly in an 8,000-mile radius that had a couple in stock. When I got home and tried transferring everything from the old phone to the new one, my cellular info wouldn't transfer for some reason. The data was there, but not my phone number. I brought the phone to this Verizon store, and I was immediately assisted by Gabe. He tried something on his end which didn't work. Then he talked to Verizon on the phone and then spoke to somebody supposedly in tech support. They didn't help one bit. Gabe then decided to try another trick, and it was successful! Without counting the time talking to Verizon on the phone, the whole process took maybe 5 minutes. Thanks for the help, Gabe!
I had an issue with my account. When walking in a he store I immediately was greeted and offered a bottle of water and asked about how I’m feel and how he can better assist. Nevertheless, he help solve my issue and also suggested the different promotions that were currently going on. At the need I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience.
So grateful to Evan F. for his help and patience with my iPhone purchase! As an older person, my tech knowledge is limited and sometimes frustrating when I can’t figure things out on my own. He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was a burden. I appreciate that in a salesman. Top Notch Customer Service!!! Highly recommend!
My experience at the Verizon store on College today was outstanding. I needed help setting up a replacement sent to me under warranty and Lara was eager to help. She was very knowledgeable, patient and informative throughout the entire process. She was also very polite and answered all the questions I had. I couldn't be more satisfied with my customer experience today. I will be back for sure!
Sales Associate Austin M.at the College Drive location assisted me with the purchase of an S22 Ultra phone and MiFi jetpack. Austin was friendly, courteous and professional and patiently answered all of my many questions concerning my new phone, Internet plans, the phone warranty, insurance, and provided expert assistance in helping me to decide between various service plans and hardware accessories.
