Marci was incredible to work with, a caring, thorough, and knowledgeable Physical Therapist. She is a true professional at her craft while also being a genuinely nice person.
I highly recommend her for pelvic floor issues. I had intolerable pain and spasms for over 2 years that no one could diagnose or treat. With help from a wonderful GYN who recommended pelvic floor PT, Stress Free PT was one of the few places in new england willing to offer this service! I was cured with 2 sessions of ultrasound therapy from that pain and after 1 month of sessions to correct related issues completely cured. This was an amazing and life changing experience, I am so grateful for their help.

I was searching for a PT to help me with neck issues. As I was searching, several people that I know and trust recommended Marci Burns (Stress Free PT). So, after much thought I decided to give her a try. I am so glad that I did! In the past I felt like PTs jumped too quickly into strengthening without “loosening things up”. But Marci’s approach is to loosen everything up by her hands on approach, as well as cupping and dry needling (which I had been wanting to try for a long time). It worked wonderfully. Even my chiropractor noticed that things were loosening up, making my adjustments more effective. She also is warm and welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right from the first visit. I can’t say enough good about Marci and would highly recommend her!

I would highly recommend Marci Burns for her outstanding knowledge , patience and support that she offers to her patients . My 12 year old went to her after she was diagnosed with hierniated disc in lumbar region and she was in exturiating sciatica pain and out of posture with huge pelvis tilt . Marci knew what to do and designed the treatment plan for her and worked with her patiently and brought her back to 80% recovery .
She has very little pain now and her posture is improved to a great extent . Her surgeon is amazed to see her recovery after PT and ask us to continue to do so .
