The girls in the office always listen when I have feedback or questions about the apartment and actually make the changes!!! Joe the maintence is just as great. He arrives sooner then expected every single time. It’s amazing living in a place that actually care about its residents.
The grounds themselves are great. Pool for the summer at one building, dog park at the other. Quiet building and well lit. I feel safe and comfortable. Pricing is fair for the area, and when you take into account the extras, Coach House is a great deal.
