Great company! The owner came out to view the job of moving the contents of my condo to a new house and he was very friendly and personable. His quote was very fair and pretty accurate. The guys were on time to move and I believe one of his sons was in charge of the move and he was very polite. The guys were great and very quick and efficient. They did underestimate a little and needed a second smaller truck for a loveseat and kitchen table, but they didn't charge me for the extra night of storage for it. Then they were on time to move me into the new house and they put stuff where we told them and even put the area rugs down before putting in the furniture. They were even kind enough to reverse the fridge doors in my new house since it worked better. I tipped the guys both times in cash and would use them again in a heartbeat. Everyone was polite and respectful. I think the actual price was about $150-$200 more than the quote but it was in the ball park and that's why they call it a quote. Love 3E!
Great job moving my family from Chelmsford. Arrived on time. Moved us out in and hour and in our new home and the next day in an hour or so. Very friendly and helpful and would recommend for anyone elses move.
We called 3E based on recommendations of 5 other future neighbors in the community we were moving to; all the comments were positive and it seemed difficult to believe it would all be true. Mike came on schedule to provide the estimate and I immediately felt a connection and that if the rest of the company was anything like the owner, then I had nothing to worry about. The team of 4 showed up with 2 trucks on time and started by introducing the team. They then put down matts to protect the floors. They worked at an incredibly fast, but careful pace. Everything was protected with pads, mats and boxes. I felt badly for the workers as they were moving us out on a cold, rainy and wet day. It took just shy of 3 hours for them to get everything out of our 3,000 sf home and packed securely.
3E held onto our belongings in storage for about 10 days and then delivered to our new home, the next town over. This time, the team unloaded in the midst of snow showers. They took great care again to protect our new home and our belongings. The guys were incredibly friendly and flexible, asking us as each piece came through the front door where it was to be delivered and setup. The unloading process was much faster and took nearly ½ the time of the loading process.
The final charge was extremely close to the original estimate - there was no bait & switch going on here! I would not hesitate to give these guys my highest recommendation. 3E may not be the least expensive company, but they charge a fair price and deliver outstanding service.
The owner, office staff, and movers are the most professional, helpful and caring group of people I could ever imagine moving our furniture. They did not waste time during the move and had a great system in place. We were so pleased with the service and the price. Very reasonable and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you all for your help!!
If you hate moving, you haven’t worked with 3E. They were referred to us by a few friends who had had very positive moving experiences. They couldn’t have been more professional, experienced, or careful with our things. They didn’t blink when asked to help us pack heavy frames and our wardrobes into special boxes, taking apart beds, etc. Upon arriving to the new house, they came in, introduced themselves, and asked for a tour of the Home to gain a sense for what would be needed and how I wanted things done. Our home is new construction so I notice every scratch and scuff. When they were done, there was not ONE bit of evidence that four floors worth of furniture had just been moved in. Moving things the way they do is an art and one they have mastered at the highest level. If you want to have a stress free moving experience and want your new space to look untouched after the process is over, I would highly recommend 3E. It was some of the best money we ever spent and we will never use another company. #makemovingfunagain! :)
