Dr. Gary L. Stanton, MD

Dr Stanton is a an excellent neurologist. He’s caring, compassionate, smart, experienced, detailed, thorough and highly communicative. He listens and will run the necessary tests to get to a diagnosis. Like any neurologist, he’s very busy and schedule is booked out but the office does their best to work with you. I highly recommend Dr Stanton.

Very positively impressed. My wife was seen by Dr. Stanton previously and positively impressed - thus recommending him to me. While I have just started being seen by Dr. Stanton, my experiences make me very comfortable in trusting my neurological care to him. Very professional. Very diligent. I found him to be very respectful. I went to him with what I thought was a problem, and he quickly, efficiently, and correctly showed me my issue was elsewhere. (Thanks to him for that!). While I can understand and respect that other reviewer's perception of his "bedside manner" not matching up with their needs, my view is he is very focused on his work, perhaps at the expense of minor social graces. Especially in this situation, I would prefer a more focused, strong doctor, like Dr Stanton, to one with a softer communication style.

Dr. Stanton is the only neurologist that has taken the time to try to really figure out what is wrong with me. I have been to so many doctors, and he is the only one that truly is interested enough to really want to dig in and figure out what is wrong. I have felt so marginalized at so many doctors, especially at the hospital that actually found part of the problem, but Dr. Stanton truly listens, cares and has been helping. I am optimistic that he is going to be the one to figure this out. I really would recommend him, especially to those of you who are frustrated and don't know where else to turn with neurology.

Dr. STANTON has been my Neuroligist for 20 years. He is very thorough with his exams and is very caring. I know he is one of the best Neuroligist. He has also studied acupuncture offers it for treatment. I trust him so much that when we moved to Cape Cod, we travel the 2.5 hours for my visits. Wait time in office my be off a little but that is because you are not rushed through a visit. I know Dr. Gary Stanton gives you his very best and complete attention.
