  Hands down flat out the BEST appliance-buying experience I have ever had. If you're shopping for anything from a garbage disposal to an ENTIRE kitchen suite (I did ALL of it) go to Dracut. And specifically ask for Craig. From pricing competitiveness to honesty to service, delivery, and plain old question-answering Craig got it done, done right, and done once. I couldn't be happier and am absolutely thrilled with every aspect.
  
  Bottom line, if you're appliance shopping, make the smart move and go to Dracut and see Craig.

  The team reached out to me to help out a bit on this topic. I appreciate the pro-activeness and not letting the issue just die. I will say that they followed through in the end so i updated my assessment. Hopefully this was just an odd one off for future customers.

  Not a great experience here unfortunately. Went here instead of a big box store and experienced wrong parts being ordered, bad installs and a general unwillingness to give an inch on compensation due to multiple missteps along the way. I may be in the 1% here but it was just my experience

  Guys are nice it's not like a wanted to buy a dishwasher but if you have to spend the money might as well go to a local shop.

  This store is packed with all different types of appliances. I have personally purchased four appliances from the store. The sales staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
