I spent 30 minutes watching abd talking to owner/trainer and feel this is a very different place than your usual places. Very knowledgeable information during discussion so yes I will return to start soon. Update to follow after start.

You will not get a similar experience anywhere else. He takes the extra time to be motivating and push each individual. He will help guide you and he won’t give up. Not to mention, he will undoubtably make you laugh along the way. I highly recommend CKS Training!

He makes it fun, is knowledgeable about his craft, and will challenge and encourage you even when you feel like giving up. I highly recommend him to anyone ready to get serious about their health & fitness.
