If you want a super friendly, kiss your butt customer service person - this isn't the guy for you. If you want good work, done quickly at a fair price, then this is your person. He will educate you on what happened, will diagnose for a fee and will repair for labor and parts. He is a lost art, the art of fixing something instead of throwing it out and buying a new one.
I'm giving it 5 stars because of what I've heard about it and because of the person I spoke to on the phone I will revise this when I have my work done there and but you know more as that time but as of customer services goes five stars
been there. the work is good, the service is good, but they do not have time for monkey business. do what you need to do, and let the people operating the business do what they need to do. the guy that wrote the first review sounds like a jerk.
