(September 4, 2020, 5:09 pm)Reached out to Phil and he immediately picked up the phone. We needed to have the foundation's sill repaired for about an 8 foot section. Phil came out and reviewed, he was prompt and answered all of our questions with no fuss. He consistently followed up with me in a timely manner, and I had no issues with timing. He was able to repair the foundation's sill within a few hours, and it looks better than ever.
I had reviewed this project with three other engineers, and Phil was the most reliable, knowledgeable, and had the best cost out of them all.
