  My fiancée and I were first time home buyers looking for a house during the crazy mid covid home buying rush. Diane was always accessible, responsive, and quick to set up appointments and showings on a moments notice making sure we were seeing houses as soon as they became available. We ended up making multiple offers on homes and Diane was always on the ball making sure we were informed and ready to make competitive offers while still making sure we didn’t venture outside of the range of the comps. We ended up purchasing a home in Dec 2020 being sold by owner. Diane even offered to help the seller provide comps to ensure the appraisal was completely accurately and on time.
  It was an absolute pleasure working with Diane, she truly wanted us to find our forever home! She and kept us informed of all the necessary steps through the process and ensured we were connected with the right people who do good work.

  We first met Diane when we visited an open house and immediately knew she was our person. As first time home buyers, the process can be daunting, but Diane was patient and made it fun. She sat down and walked us through every step. She was our sounding board when we thought we loved places, but she knew better. We ended up with the home of our dreams thanks to Diane. She exceeded our expectations and we can't recommend her enough! You won't regret it.
