(March 28, 2019, 9:59 pm)I’ve worked with Stardust twice for custom jewelry and have had really wonderful experiences both times. The quality of the work is excellent and since the people that I’ve dealt with doing the sales are the same people who actually make the jewelry, they’re just so much more knowledgeable than other stores where the sales people only sell. The staff is super nice and provide suggestions but aren’t pushy at all. The prices are good and I look forward to working with Stardust again.
(February 14, 2019, 12:07 pm)I was blown away by the customer service and the quality work from Stardust! On a Monday I took in my engagement ring to be resized and on Wednesday I received a text that it was already ready to be picked up! So fast!
They ring fits perfectly and sparkles like it's brand new after they cleaned it. I will be coming back for my future-husband's wedding band! I will also recommend this place to anyone and everyone

I had jewelry fixed there beautifully and my engagement ring redone after 20+ years and they helped me reuse some stones and create a jaw dropping ring. They also buy back gold for credit so that helped offset my cost and their costs are very reasonable . Rick and Peter are super focused on helping their customers with whatever they need and always make you feel like a valued customer. They cleaned my other ring and my husband’s ring while waiting as a nice gesture and welcome us back anytime. We will be back. I’m so glad I read the other reviews who told me to go to Stardust!
(February 7, 2019, 8:31 pm)I cannot say enough good things about Stardust! The other day I looked down at my wedding ring, and, to my horror, a diamond was missing. Several years ago I had taken a necklace to be fixed at Stardust and had a great experience. I visited the new (well, not so new anymore) and GORGEOUS location for Stardust and enjoyed exceptional service. The gentleman I worked with suggested that along with a new diamond I get all the prongs on my ring tightened and do a special coating that would bring the ring back to new condition. I am BEYOND THRILLED with how my ring looks. I don't think it looked this good even when it was new. Stardust gave me a VERY fair price for the diamond and labor. When I was waiting for my ring, I noticed so many beautiful pieces of jewelry. I will be back! Excellent service all around!

They not only take care with their customers by ultimately listening to their wishes but also help them to find exactly what they are looking for even within a budget! The jewelry is of high quality and exquisite. I am not only over the moon about my new beautiful diamond necklace but also very pleased with the customer service and honesty exemplified here. I will be shopping with Stardust Jewelers again as well as recommending to others.
