Charles River Medical Associates: Idriss El Koussaimi, MD

Dr. Koussaimi is not only a seasoned and skilled provider but he’s an amazing human being!! My husband and I switched from Brigham Women to Dr. Koussaimi couple of months ago after I heard great things about him from a friend who’s a patient of this office. I was out of county on the other side of the globe, Far East, and had a medical emergency. He personally spoke to my husband and I about my concerns and advised me for what was best for me. After I got back, he again took the time to answer all my questions 3 times in his busy schedule within a week. I never felt he’s rushing or he’s overwhelmed. I am very particular and ask many questions. His calm, collected and patient character is reassuring.
I have never received this level of care and attention from any provider for the past 20 years. I am not going anywhere! His team of nurses and front desk were also pleasant, understanding and welcoming. If you’re looking for a primary care, search no more. I am very grateful and happy!! Thank you!!

Dr. El Koussaimi is very professional, compassionate and knowledgeable.
He listens well and is thorough in covering all questions. He is very comfortable to talk to and his concern and care are evident at each visit. Also he is very quick to respond to patient portal questions, which is very comforting and convenient. I would highly recommend him.

In the age of large insurance company dictating how much time a patient is allocated with the doctor in maximizing profits, I have not experienced being rush out of his office. The office staff are also very accommodating and flexible with scheduling appointments. .
