CERTIFIED RV

Ken from Certified RV helped me out when I was in a time crunch! I reached out to several mobile repair companies because my main power was not working... right before I was about to take a long trip! Ken was able to squeeze me in, and he was able to get my RV up and running in time for our scheduled departure. Thanks Ken!

I have a fifth wheel RV on the Vineyard. I called four places. Ken called me right back and I knew after talking to him he was my guy. Honest, straight forward, no BS. Two others didn’t call back and the third called four days later to say he wasn’t interested. Not only did Ken fix my auto-leveling issue (and walk me through the process) but he also checked several other items, teaching me the whole time. As a 30 year business owner this kind of service is priceless. Great Guy! Great Service!!

I ran into a pinch the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend as my slide out on my 2017 Sunset Trail did not want to retract back in after packing up for a long weekend. Obviously, this issue would have prevented me from taking my family out to the camping trip we were all looking forward to.

I called Ken late Thursday afternoon before our next-day departure, and he showed up at my house at 8am Friday to ensure he could do anything in his power to get my slide out fixed.

Ken quickly diagnosed the issue and was even kind enough to explain exactly what happened and walked me through the issue with great detail. He even offered to go to the nearby store to intercept the part that was needed for repair and waited for its arrival at the distribution center. Due to the distributor not following up on their end and sending the part when promised, we couldn’t get it repaired that same day. HOWEVER, because Ken was kind enough to walk me through the issue and offer a solution if the part arrived later in the day, I was able to apply a temporary solution and still able to take my family out for the weekend.

I then texted Ken on Monday to see if he was available to fully repair the slide out to a professional level and sure enough, he was there Wednesday morning and fully repaired the slide out in a timely manner.

He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, exceptionally reliable, demonstrated a wide array of services he offers, and certainly made me feel valued as a customer. Offering onsite services is certainly a value-added experience for any RV customer. I get the sense that he is very trustworthy and offers fair prices, unlike some of the bigger box chains that offer repair services for much more and without the sense customer appreciation.

I have a 1991 VW camper and in process updating systems like refrigerator ,adding propane heat with a propex heater and installing solar. All the RV stores I called really didn't want to work on my VW camper. I am so glad I found Ken from Certified RV, not only did I get a same day appointment, he was able to safety check my new propane heater which had several leaks and he made the necessary fixes. Now I can feel safe, and best of all the wife xtra happy...I highly recommend Certified RV and will absolutely trust them with any future RV repairs.
