“Update 5/12/19 I was extremely impressed by the way Nancy, the manager, responded to my experience. I revisited the nursery and she personally escorted me around to pick out 18 shrubs to fill my landscape. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made superb recommendations for what I was looking for. I'm changing my 2 star review to 5 stars because I truly believe they value their customers and want to help them make the right landscaping decisions. They have a great selection all nicely laid out, however the customer service I received made me feeling like my business wasn’t valued. I came to the nursery on a Wednesday around noon, so it wasn’t busy at all. I came all prepared- had my yard measured out on grid paper, pictures of each spot and a list of shrubs I was interested in purchasing. I walked around the whole place for about 1/2 hour before I asked a woman to help me lay out my yard. Mind you, I had my baby with me (I was wearing him) so it’s impossible to actually load up any plants. I asked if I can purchase today and pick up on Friday... She was nice, but she tried convincing me I should just walk around some more and just buy a few I like, lay them out in my yard and come back to buy more. Here I am, ready to buy a 15-20 flowering bushes and she tells me she needs to eat. I wasn’t even referred to someone else, which would’ve been the appropriate thing to do. I would’ve understood. I get hangrey too. Anyway, I’m deeply disappointed that I didn’t get the plants because anyone with an infant knows that you have very little time to do anything.”
