“Program worked great hit my goal weight (-31#) within projected time frame. Constant coaching throughout, daily. Very helpful at bi weekly reviews. Until! Once the initial phase ended there was no more daily coaching, as a matter of fact I have not heard from anyone through their app since I entered the maintenance phase. Questioned this at my first follow up and was told there must have been a glitch and that is was just fixed, have still not heard from anyone since April 3rd, I even stopped logging my food to see if that would trigger a response and still nothing. Not overly impressed with the follow up process they supposedly have. Overall however I am happy with the program and what it has done for me. I was able to give my long time PCP one of the best retirement gifts he got, he has been after me for way too many years to drop weight. I have change my lifestyle / eating habits and am maintaining my new weight on my own now.”

I have been a patient here for several years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. From their nicely decorated interior with a kids area, to their dental rooms with TVs for the patients viewing, but most importantly they have always treated me with respect and kindness. The prices can be good, when you have coupons or there's a sale, but the norm is on the expensive side. For an occasional trip, or just a few items(like a good steak) this is your place.
