The "gateway" system that connects all the medical dispensaries was down so no dispensaries could sell anything. I had to pay the taxes I don't usually pay and could not get the low income discount I usually get. There should be a back-up system! Thanks for the response. I know you couldn’t control the situation but had to vent so....The visits are always good and your product choice is better than most.I upgraded to 4 stars.
I was just turned away from your shuttle lot by your security person. A real poor impression of a potentially great vendor/consumer relationship. As he held his cell phone up filming me I wondered what kind of operation was waiting at the end of my journey. Sorry I'll never find out and will be telling others of my experience .
Great selections/menu, decent price points compared to other places and wonderful staff! I really appreciate that the staff is knowledgeable about everything they sell here. I'm also so happy they have a handicap accessible counter as well. I've gone to other dispensaries who don't have a lowered counter for those of us who are in wheelchairs and it's always a pain for me. Granted you will likely need to let a few people go ahead of you in order to be able to use the accessible counter, but I greatly prefer that to not being able to see or speak face to face with staff like other places. The only thing I will mention is if your disabled/in a wheelchair and take Uber there you will need to let the security know that. The parking lot is down the street and you take a shuttle to the actual location. If you are disabled you are able to park or be dropped off in front of the location. They are so used to people trying to park at the location they automatically assume you aren't disabled and try to tell you to go to the shuttle location - which is understandable. They will immediately understand and allow you to continue once you alert them that you have handicap parking or in a wheelchair.
