I am so excited about my experience at Polished at the Spa!

I recently started to get acne for the first time in my life at 25 (ugh!) and was spending so much money on skin care products at Sephora & I was totally panicking. I had no idea how to help my skin. I decided I needed a facial and I was googling best facials around lexington & Stephanie's reviews from Polished at the Spa kept popping up. I read so many mixed reviews from other local salons and I was so nervous. The only logical thing seemed to be to make an appointment with Stephanie.

I got to the salon and was instantly greeted by Crystal, Stephanie, and a really sweet hair dresser (I didn't catch her name). I filled out some stuff about my skin and health & felt secure because they were being so thorough.

I changed and got super comfy in their wicked clean, adorable massage room. The music was so relaxing, the bed was cozy, and the decorations were adorable. The room was also very quiet, which is a huge plus.

Stephanie came in and explained exactly what she was going to do, what products she was going to use and what I could expect. The facial included face, upper chest/arm massage, lots of warm towels, steam and amazing products that were soo soothing. I had never had a facial before so I was so nervous about the extraction because it seemed like it would hurt but I was so wrong. It didn't even feel like anything, Stephanie was so gentle. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep a few times. I was so relaxed.

Stephanie was welcoming, comforting, knowledgeable and super funny and sweet! I am so glad I chose Polished at the Spa. My face feels fantastic. I feel so clean and moisturized. Their pricing is also super reasonable. I am so so thankful for my experience and I cannot wait to go back!

Great service, great cuts. You get what you pay for.

Fantastic and friendly service by the staff. I received a men's haircut from Amy Roche, a master stylist. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, and takes the time to understand a person's desired look and appearance.
Amy has also done coloring for my wife's hair, and she had continously received multiple complements on her hair color and look. I highly recommend Amy's professional services.
