First Circle Learning Center - Lexington

I was on a search for a quality childcare program for my then 12 month old baby. I had just moved to Woburn and wanted something in the vicinity. I visit a few programs and despite many of the positives, I always had a list of areas I was not so fond of. Until I visited First Circle in Lexington. I loved that the school was located in a residential neighborhood and off of the main road. It is on conservation land with ample parking (and never a problem with busy drop off and pickup times) and wonderful space for the babies/toddlers/children to play in the back, in an enclosed safe space. I was greeted by Stephanie, who was so warm. She engaged with my daughter and was so patient with me and my million first time mom questions. The entire day care space that the babies/toddlers/kids are in so not have floor to ceiling walls, making it feel so open and large. Additionally, it means you can see into the next classroom. This feels so comforting as a parent- to know that all teachers can see one another and the kids already are familiar with the teachers and children in the next class that they transition into. The staff are all so warm, caring, loving and skilled. It was a difficult transition for me (and my little!) but I knew she was safe and cared for and it made the transition easier. My daughter is now in her last year at First Circle and my newborn has been there since 3 months. I am so very thankful for both of their care and for their development in each of their class. Look no further- this is the best childcare program!

We have been with First Circle since our oldest son was 1 and will have been with them for 11 years by the time our youngest daughter graduates pre-K! There are many wonderful things about this daycare center, but most of all it's the care and attention from the teachers that make First Circle great!

It is about time I showed our appreciation for First Circle Lexington with a review! Hopefully this helps someone make a very important decision for their child, just as we had to a few months ago.
We are newly minted East Coasters who were very concerned about all the changes in our daughter’s life within the last couple years including school changes, learning at home due to Covid and then a cross country move. Finding the right school was crucial to all of us feeling somewhat settled in our new hometown.
I won’t say it was a super well calculated decision (since we didn’t know many people locally who could guide us) to pick First Circle aside from 1. It’s close to our new home and 2. We really liked Ms. Stephanie who runs the school. We absolutely could not have made a better choice.
Our daughter practically runs inside every morning which is a miracle in itself given she was never enthusiastic about any of the centers she went to which ranged from play based care to Montessori. We absolutely love her teachers, so does she- it is very clear they have a deep appreciation for how important their roles are. As a bonus each staff member seems truly kind and genuine, we are beyond grateful to leave our child in their capable hands each day. As far as learning: great strides in the few short months we have been there.
TL;DR: highly recommend First Circle Lexington.

Everyone at First Circle is amazing. The teachers are caring, compassionate and for them, it seems like they genuinely consider their work more than just a job. The director and admins listen, respond and bend over backwards to accommodate requests. The outdoor space for the kids can't be beat too. I can't say enough good things.

We have been at First Circle for the last six years with our two children. It is a truly amazing school that I highly recommend to anyone who wants the ideal daycare and/or preschool for their child. The school is well organized, communicates well, and truly meets the needs of working parents. I cannot say enough about the teachers my children have had. They are kind, responsive to the kids, and get to know each child to help them learn and grow. The curriculum is great, with a strong focus on character development, developing independence with self help skills, and maintaining children's natural love of learning. You won't regret taking a closer look at First Circle!
