Richard is a great guy and a wonderful electrician ..His work was done very well and we will have him back when we need a pro like Richard.
Rich Gibbons and his team did an amazing job adding outlets, adding new wiring for lighting, putting in light dimmers and turning our home into a “smart” one. Super responsive and punctual. They quickly came up with solutions for unanticipated issues that came up.
When I saw they brought shoe covers and a vacuum cleaner, I knew this was the company I was going to use for my electrical needs for the rest my life. Their work is meticulous and honestly exceeded all my expectations. A+ all the way!
Rich and his team are amazing! They know what they are doing and get right to work when they arrive. When I have electrical work that needs to be taken care of, TruEnergy is who I call! Working with Rich now to put in a split system Panasonic heat pump/AC. I if you need a professional, reliable electrical service provider, call Rich at TruEnergy.
I have called TruEnergy (Rich) on Sat afternoon with an smoke detector problem (since few months back Rich and his team has done great job in our basement for new electric wiring project) , Rich was very helpful and walked me through the steps to fix the issue, even sent me the video which was very helpful to nail down and fix the issue.
TruEnergy really stand by their work and the customers they serve.
Great company and team to work with. I would highly recommend it to family and friends for all their electric projects.
Thank you Folks @TruEnergy.
This is Richard 's second service call. I asked him back because the work he did for me on his first call was fantastic. I will post a separate evaluation on that visit. This service call addressed 3 separate but integrated problems: 1) two built in china cabinets needed their light replaced; 2}) the first stairway post had a small lighted turtle that had to be wired and 3) the front door lock and camera had to be integrated with cloud cam and Alexa. The top molding of my hickory cabinets had to be removed to gain access to electrical hookup.; a smart plug was inserted into the bottom post to be able to turn on and dim the turtle light; and the lock to the front door and camera had to be integrated into cloud cam and Alexia. Richard and his team arrived on time and did excellent work. Hooking up smart devices is ot a job for the faint of hurt. There is much you need to know and skills you have to have.
