“I’m actually suprised at how good the pizza was and the pizza bowl as seen in pic with 2 bites taken. I messed up a pizza and forgot to put toppings on it and they called as soon as the order came through to fix it. Domino’s could never…they sent me a pizza with no Alfredo sauce and no spinach because they ran out and didn’t let me know. Delivery was fast. 10 out of 10 will order again.”

“I had Basnett Plumbing remove a fiberglass tub/shower unit and replace it with just a tub. They did a fine job with that and quickly left. I felt like they were in a real hurry to leave, they didn’t even accompany me to inspect their work. Upon first inspection, everything looked fine. I had my tile guy scheduled for the following day. He came in and started to tile the walls. Halfway through he called me in to point out that the shower head, spout, and overflow were not centered on the tub but were off by about 4 inches. Of course, I understand that the old fiberglass unit was thicker which caused the issue. However, if the Basnett guys had taken the time to explain the situation to me instead of just running off, I could have made an informed decision to have them fix it or just leave it. Now, my walls are tiled and to fix the problem will be a major expense. I’m really disappointed with their customer service. I have to say that I stand corrected. I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service that I have received from Basnett. Upon reading my initial 1-star review, they immediately sent someone to my house to inspect the work. We agreed that I would pay what I would have if the work was done at the time of install and they would pay to have the tile work repaired. I thought this was a reasonable solution. They sent someone out the following day (which happened to be a Saturday) and the work was completed within hours. My tile guy come out the next week to repair the tile. The tile work ended up costing more than the work that Basnett did. I paid the tile guy directly and worried that I might never be reimbursed for his work. However, once again the people at Basnett shocked me. I emailed over a copy of my check and the invoice from the tile guy and within days I received a check for the difference from Basnett. Once again, I stand corrected...Basnett Plumbing could give lessons on customer service!!!”

“Jon O'Neal and his crew did a great job on the interior of our house, which was going on sale. They spent 3.5 days doing multiple rooms. Removed wallpaper and repainted the dining room. Ceiling and walls and doors in the finished basement. Cabinets, ceiling and hot water baseboards in the kitchen. Overall wall and trim touch up all over the house. Repainted the front door, stair risers, refreshed 3 cabinets in all the bathrooms. Even touched up some painted furniture. Jon has a great friendly crew, who shows up on time and works, works, works.”
