Super service from Niko... couldn't be happier. Never met a young man so personable, kind, patient, knowledgeable,and efficient. He went out of his way to put two old ladies at ease, give us superb service, answer all our questions, and even chuckle at our dumb remarks. We were hugely impressed. Backstory: I had stopped by earlier in the day and spoken to someone else about what I wanted, and said I'd be back later that afternoon with my spouse to do the business. When we got there in the afternoon, the person I'd spoken to in the morning wasn't there--he was done work at 2:30 and I was later than I thought I'd be---but I was greeted immediately by the other reps in the store: they knew who I was and what I was looking for and were ready for me. I can't say enough good things. Thanks!

The best experience I’ve ever had. Daisy and Armando and niko were wonderful. I’m only going their for them from now on they spent two hours with me and my boyfriend transferring our info from one phone to another and teaching me how to use my phone. Making it a painless experience. Amazing people !

This T-Mobile store is in a good location and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and informative. They listened to all my concerns and addressed them best way they could.
