    Phenomenal local music store with wonderful owners and staff, an incredible asset to the greater Lowell area. I took intro saxophone lessons with them and continued to buy supplies until moving away for college, including ordering music for auditions. I wish I had a place this friendly and well stocked where I live now.

    Having to go to University Music's website to find hours is a bit cumbersome—especially considering competing locations (i.e other Instrument/Music Lesson Providers) have theirs posted directly on their Google Map listings..

    Friendly and helpful service with reasonable prices. $10 minimum for any debit/credit card transactions. ????

    Nice equipment. Owner is awesome and very"in tune" with her business. Lessons tend to be short and constantly changing instructors

    Brian and Marlene are so awesome! They are very knowledgeable and can answer almost any question one could have about instruments. I've ordered music before and it's come in much earlier than estimated. The one downside is that the teenagers they hire don't know enough to answer basic questions about guitar strings or woodwind reeds.
