Quick and timely service on our snowblower
I was tired of purchasing the 2nd tier power equipment from the big box stores. (Yes, the names are well known, but they are not built the same.) So I decided to purchase a Stihl line trimmer from Casons. Best thing I did. No issues in starting it, and they took my old one and disposed of it. Since that day, I have purchased a battery powered, small professional chain saw. (If you’re a homeowner and only use a chainsaw occasionally, get one. Never an issue starting it like you have with gas.) A gas hand held leaf blower. And fuel. I have had them repair my snowblower, fixed sooner than quoted, and lawn tractor. I won’t go anywhere where else. They take the time to listen to you and explain the product. I’ll be calling on them for a generator and installation soon. I have even purchased parts from them for my equipment when I needed to perform simple maintenance and repairs.
These guys are awesome been going to them for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else , they always communicate and explain what the problem is and how it will be resolved. Alex at the front desk is very friendly and helpful as well as George out back highly recommend these guys.
Great Service! Brought them a forklift with a Honda engine thinking that it had an engine problem. It didn't, but they diagnosed the problem and resolved it in short order. When customer service is lacking these days in too many establishments, these guys are doing it right!
Highly recommend this place. I got there a little before closing and Wayne and Ellen were awesome. Wayne made sure to take the time to explain all the features of the new Echo Weed eater that takes attachments. Even though they were closed I didn't feel rushed out the door until all my questions were answered.
