“Edit: Was able to work with the store manager to get a timely fix for my car. Customer service was great! After going to Good Year for the past year for oil changes due to needing certified technicians for my warranty, one of the Technician's stripped one of the lug nuts on one of my tires. I replaced my breaks with my father a month before and tightened the nuts by hand on my car myself with no issues. The manager stated the nut was over-torqued (mind you I weigh all of 135lbs) and they couldn't remove it with their electric air ratchets. The whole nut is now completely stripped and unable to be removed with conventional methods.”
