I recently had my follow up appointment as a brand new contact wearer. The office staff was very friendly and professional...the type of staff that remembers who you are! It was very busy that morning so I wasn't seen at the exact appointment time (which was fine with me). I saw Dr. Jewell who took time with a very caring manner to make sure I was completely comfortability with my contacts. At checkout Dr. Jewell made it a point to personally apologize for my wait and thanked me for my patronage. How can you beat that type of customer service!
Everyone from the receptionist to the eye Doctor was exceptional. Fitting me for my new glasses, the service was excellent!!
