The woman at the front counter (I don't remember her name sorry) was super helpful and made this terrible process I'm going through much smoother. She even helped me back up to the loading dock!!! Would highly recommend!

Lived in Marlborough all my life, always knew of Acorn storage and passed by it many times, but never needed to use a storage unit until recently when I had to move out of state and needed to store my belongings for a few months. I’ve researched many different storage facilities, but decided to go with Acorn because it was the closest to me and had positive reviews. Let me tell you, my experience there has been nothing but positive. Kris, the manger is very friendly, informative, and patient. She goes above and beyond to answer any questions you may have and to help you. Their prices are reasonable for the quality they provide. Their facility is climate-controlled and VERY CLEAN. Also, you check in at the front desk when you arrive and when you leave. To me, that makes the storage facility very secure 😊 they know who is in the building the whole time! The owner and manager take good care of the environment there. I recommend this storage facility highly, whether you’re planning long term or short term options!
