I cannot say enough positive words to let Lou and his crew know how pleased I am with the work done on our memorial stone for my husband and me. I visited for several edits to what I wanted on our stone and was never rushed to make a decision or settle for something I didn't care for. The "art work" I wanted on the stone was executed perfectly and I am so happy with the outcome. We cannot say enough about our entire experience with Louis Monti & Sons. Lou was extremely patient with us, and he took the time to provide knowledgeable advice and helpful recommendations for the headstone we were ordering. He always answered our phone calls and emails promptly, and kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process. Their workmanship, plus attention to detail was excellent and the pricing was very reasonable.

Lou and his family did my mother's monument so when it was time for my husband's it was the first and only place I would go. Many generation family business with great people who care, listen and help you through the decisions so you end up with exactly what you want even if you don't know what that is when you walk in the door. I made several changes along the way and they were patient, helpful and kind. This was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do but they made it easier. Our stone is perfect.

Lou and company made the whole family’s day, especially mine and my Sister’s. We appreciate the extra effort in having the engraving done in time even with the New England weather challenges.

The service went well, the day started out with a heavy overcast but when the sun came out and lit up the bench, it couldn’t have looked better.
