JRA Cycles

JRA is an awesome bike shop. Great, friendly/helpful/knowledgeable staff! They fixed the chain on my bike free of charge and had me on my way quickly! Shoutout to Nick at JRA Cycles, super helpful!!

Very professional and qualified staff. Prices are very reasonable. Knocking down one star because getting an appointment with them for anything other than basic work takes a long time (two weeks). That's most probably because they are a very popular and amazing store, however, long appointment times mean that I almost always end up going with other stores that can take me in sooner than wait.

JRA is a great bike shop. The mechanics and sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Adam did a great job trying to fix, but ultimately replacing my bent derailure. I also was interested in new bikes and they set the shock pressure and seat height on 3 awesome bikes for me to test. Thanks JRA!

Amazing old school bike shop, lots of inventory crammed in a small space, great selection of bikes and accessories, but most important very friendly and helpful staff. No "I'm a pro biker" attitude like some other shops. Just hard working folks with lots of bike knowledge.

JRA Cycles is by far the best shop I've found in the greater Boston area. The staff are awesome (shout-out to my man Nick!) and they do a bang-up job for a great price. I also love that they keep space in the schedule for short day-of appointments -- on more than one occasion it's made the difference between obtaining a quick fix and missing out on weeks of riding. Highly recommend for anyone with bike-related needs, but especially for mountain bikers.
