  I went in for my first cleaning as a new patient tonight. Dr. Debra Pan actually did my cleaning. Let me say she was professional, kind and very gentle. I explained that I have a condition in whichI can't tolerate pain. She was super kind and repeatedly asked if I was okay. She told me all about her career and that she is a Professor at BU. And shared all her children are dentists. I have a wicked phobia of dentists and she completely understood. She went above and beyond for me. Dr. Nelson Pan came in to talk to me he too was very nice and gentle. The front desk ladies are very kind as well.

  I was very impressed with this team in all respects from the hygienist Heidi to Lori the biller, to Dr Pan. I have extreme dental anxiety and I was very relaxed and had no problem when getting a crown. I felt no pain. I didn’t even feel the novicane. Dr. Pan is phenomenal. He is kind, quick, professional and extremely good at what he does. I have found the right practice finally! I am very particular about dentists. I give them a five star rating.

  I am a long time patient of Dr. Pan's office, and highly recommend them. Their staff is always friendly and professional, and make you feel welcome. Gabby, my hygenist, does a great job in caring for my teeth and keeping them healthy. Go there!

  This office has the qualities that people want at a dental office - Great customer service, warm and inviting environment, flexible schedule and experienced staff. I am so happy that I was recommended to this practice when my dentist retired.
