“This is a wonderful family church. They preach the true word of God directly from the Bible without adding or taking away from it. They teach you the importance of having a personal relationship with God, getting to know Him for yourself, how to live a holy life, how to pray, how to fast, how to serve God and how to worship. I learned that being a Christian is not about religion, doctrine or dogma but instead it's about cultivating personal relationship with God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, disciplining the flesh, overcoming the world, obedience to the word of God and applying the word of God to our daily lives. They care about their members and take their responsibilities seriously to ensure that each and every one of us make heaven. The choir is anointed and the songs of worship ushers in the presence of the Holy Spirit. I love their Bible Study on Tuesdays because they really teach you the Word and the mysteries of the Bible, plus you can ask questions which I love. They also have classes like School of Disciplines, Bible College and training for helpers. They really equip you with all the tools you need to successfully live the Christian life. The people are friendly, welcoming and down to earth. They evangelised and help people on the community. I moved to Melrose in October of 2017 and I thank God for leading me to this church!”
