  The service guys at Herb Chambers in Natick are awesome! They treat me so well, whether the service is for a small issue or a more complicated one. They go over and above to explain what needs to be done and why, and make the wait time enjoyable. I trust them to keep my vehicle running smoothly and safely. Hats off to Brian, once again, for an exceptional experience at the dealership!

  I just had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Natick and would like to recognize a few people who assisted us during the transaction...Francisco was our sales rep, what a great job, no pressure at all...Francisco took a great deal of time talking to us about the vehicle we were interested in and answered all our questions, really made the experience pleasant....next would be Danny who I believe is the sales manager, once again he made the whole experience easy to work through . next would be Caroline, who is the new car delivery person, Caroline took all the time to explain all the different systems in the vehicle and never rushed us at all and in fact offered to have us come back at a latter time to go over any questions we might have in the future....I would also like to mention James who is the business manager, very professional and once again took all the necessary time to explain all the different programs available....I would have to say that the whole team did a great job, professional, friendly, and patient...I would definitely purchase another vehicle form them...

  Our service advisor, Fred R. , went out of his way to ensure our E-500 4-matic service went well. He listens to your issues and takes a personal interest in making sure your vehicle is returned in top working order. He helped us get the most out our membership points and provided thoughtful advice on future service needs. I have purchased two cars at this Herb Chambers dealership. Both cars have been maintained exclusively here as well. I cannot emphasize how satisfied my wife and I are with the Mercedes-Benz of Natick team!

  Sam Baptista was phenomenal. She was so responsive and made the whole experience enjoyable and gave me a great deal and got me the vehicle I wanted that fit my budget. She helped walk me through my options and has such a great personality. The manager Cong was very welcoming and friendly. Excellent customer service from this dealership. Can’t say enough good things about Sam!

  Just purchased my second car from Herb Chambers. Samantha Baptista was an outstanding sales rep. Walked me through everything I needed to know -- with no pressure sales! The sales manager -- Cong -- was a true gentleman! And he made good on everything we discussed... I am really pleased with the experience which only adds to my satisfaction with the new Mercedes E400. Thanks guys! Pat
