  5 starts are not enough. I’ve been taking my teenage daughters to Nina for a couple of years now. They look forward to each appointment because she’s caring, careful, knowledgeable and is seamless in cleaning their faces. She works magic on the skin, body and mind.

  Nina Fine, my dear holistic doctor of Ayurveda, had my best interests at heart from the very first day. At the time of my first visit, I had had quite a devastating case of psoriasis. I came to Nina after trying conventional medical doctors and a few holistic practitioners. Some of their recommendations worked but did not solve the problem. To be honest, I didn't like the idea to pay out of my pocket while paying for insurance. But what can you do when nothing helps? I found on her website, that a free 15-minute call can be scheduled before booking a consultation. Why not, I told myself – it is free. Dr. Nina explained to me the approach she uses, and I found it very reasonable, and we scheduled our first meeting.
  It is fascinating how the body works, and all organs and systems are interconnected. It turned out that chronic problems in my digestive system and the severe stress I experienced many years ago resulted in my psoriasis.
  I got a treatment plan with a lot of recommendations, including foods, changes in my lifestyle, herbs, breathing techniques etc. In the beginning, I was kind of shocked about how many things I must work on. But Dr. Nina broke down the recommendations and said that the best strategy is to make it one step at a time. Yes, I have to admit that there were moments when I did two steps forward, and one, even two steps back. Some habits have been with me for decades! Nina’s patience is endless. She supported and encouraged me along this rocky journey. Slowly but surely, I started to see results, especially after Panchakarma cleanse. Dr. Nina explained to me the causes and the science (both Western and Eastern) behind the condition. When I understand a situation, it is easier for me to follow a recommendation (my stubborn nature :) )
  I really can’t thank Dr.Nina enough for her professionalism and all the support she gave to me.

  MySelf Spa Boutique is a hidden gem in Natick, and Nina is so sweet and knowledgeable. After each facial, I leave the spa feeling incredibly relaxed and with a beautiful glow. The prices are right and I have never felt rushed - Nina takes the time to understand you and your skin. Highly recommend!

  I love this place! This Spa is very unique- the offering is more diverse and equipment is one of a kind. I used the equipment for a week before my wedding day and the results were even better than I expected! I was able to loose 6 lb and felt great and very energized after every session.
  Nina, the owner, is very sweet and kind. You can tell she cares about her clients a lot. I appreciated her advise regarding my skincare regiment and some health issues. I am looking forward to my next session there!

  Her warmth, knowledge and attention to my needs created a perfect healing experience.
  I had my first Ayurvedic massage - Nina was able to create delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.
