(April 5, 2019, 2:19 pm)I've never had better customer service then what I've experienced at Landry's. The staff is friendly and willing to share their knowledge, and genuinely seem to care about customer concerns. I've bought a few bikes there and whenever I need a repair they only seem to charge me half the time. It is a seriously top-notch bike shop.

(February 13, 2019, 11:51 am)This is an excellent bike store with thoughtful sales and excellent mechanics. Everyone is incredibly helpful and just as nice to someone buying their first bike ever as someone spending $10K. They also support local charities like the Pan Mass Challenge. I was grateful to see them pumping tires in the pouring rain at last year’s event. What comes across that is they just want to see people happy on bikes.

(January 27, 2019, 2:00 pm)I've been going to Landry's in Natick for 4 years - bought a hybrid and road bike in that time and have had them maintained by the nice folks who work there, never had a problem, never had work or maintenance proposed that did not make sense to me. When I am ready to upgrade my current road bike, I fully intend to make that purchase there.
