For the past three years (and many more to come) they have responded immediately to our requests and have kept our entire building in tip-top shape! It's unfortunate that our former co-tenant, Elijah Green, is harassing us again after a year and a half when his share of his deposit was deducted for non-payment of his rent and repairs to his room. I understand he has repeated this same pattern since then, has been homeless, and is desperately reaching for anything he mistakenly thinks is due to him.
