Synergy private health consists of an exceptional team of kind, caring and very professional medical staff (dr parks, Kaitlyn and Diane). The facility is the state of the art and very beautiful with a welcoming atmosphere.

Dr Parks is a fabulous cardiologist Who treats my mother for several heart conditions. She provides my mother with individual care that addresses her medical, health and emotional needs. Since dr parks has been treating my mother for the past 9 months, my mother’s heart muscle has improved and is strengthened. Dr parks goes the extra 100 miles to make sure my mother gets the best medical care and also offers health solutions by suggesting eating nutritious foods when feasible.

My mother and I are EXTREMELY SATISFIED and are VERY GRATEFUL to have dr parks and her staff in our lives because they are very competent and WONDERFUL people ‼️ We strongly recommend Synergy private health to anyone who is looking for the BEST care‼️

Dr Parks is a special lady. I am so fortunate to have her In my life . I Feel blessed to have her as my doctor. I put all my trust and faith in her decisions and advice. She treats all her patients with her great knowledge, love and concern. Dr Parks sees us through her heart and soul. She is like a ray of sunshine. Trust, patience & listening are just some of her many virtues. I love her and what she represents.

Dr. Parks is our health and wellness "quarterback' and could rival Tom Brady! Recently, as a result of a slightly elevated PSA, Dr. Parks encouraged me to see a urologist for a more detailed examination. She helped arrange the appointment and was fully involved at all times. The ultimate diagnosis was prostate cancer. She then walked through my options "hand in hand." After looking at my alternatives and visiting two doctors, we made the decision together and selected Dr. Frank McGovern of MGH. Today I am cancer free and Dr. Parks, my healthcare quarterback deserves to hold the trophy high. Throughout this process, she was always there for me and always responded to my questions within hours if not sooner. While she is brilliant and a noted cardiac surgeon, her largest medical asset is her ability to listen well. I am not a chart, I am a partner. Brains, empathy, action. Carpe Diem.

Since joining Dr. Parks, I am a lot more comfortable with anything pertaining to my health. From the first time walking into the office, I knew that I had a whole team dedicated to my health and well-being.

Office visits are a pleasure, and you know they are prepared before you even arrive. Instead of a distracted doctor blowing though the door with the hurry up I’m so busy attitude, you have a pleasant receptionist Diane, asking you “how is your day”. Dr. Parks is personable, easy to talk with and comforting in her relaxed unassuming demeanor. She does not have her hand on the door knob with 5 patients in the waiting room, rather, you are the complete focus of her attention and experience. You are not rushed. Kaitlyn, the nurse practitioner, is personable and understanding, and an excellent dietitian. I have lost 5 pounds just with a few subtle hints!

When you leave, there will be follow up research and you will be contacted at YOUR convenience. Even on a Friday night at 7 o’clock, your call will be returned, no apology needed on your part. I feel fortunate to have such medical care available and would not hesitate to drive an hour or whatever it takes to get an appointment. Important to me because I travel, I feel I can be anywhere in the world, and have the support of the Synergy Private Health team, stepping in on my behalf should I have an immediate need.

Lastly, the hospital affiliations are a great benefit, you will receive the best care in the world and Dr. Parks, your personal concierge Doctor, and the entire staff at Synergy, will be in your corner should an unforeseen (of inevitable) event occur. This choice is worth a look.
