Their work is highly recommended; they pride themselves on being a family business, which is evident in their service, and their attention to doing things right and customer service were exceptional.

We've used J Griffin Heating & Plumbing a couple times now. Each time they have gone above and beyond to make sure my issues were resolved not only in a timely manner but with outstanding customer service. I'm not heating expert but they explain the situation and our options in a simple, easy to digest manner that I felt like one. I've used other companies in the past to address my heating system and J Griffin's team is the most honest and trusted partner amongst them all. Highly highly recommend.

We hired J Griffin to install a whole-house water filtration system on our townhouse. They were great to work with and did a wonderful job installing our filters. The installation put some extra stress on our old water heater and it started leaking slowly. They promptly repaired the heater leak, which will hold us over while we search for a new unit. We appreciate the great customer service, attention to detail, and high quality. Thank you!

I could not recommend this company more! I live in Melrose and Jeff and his team installed a brand new boiler in our home. They did an incredible job. Like other reviewers say, if you want something done the right way, you should work with them. Beyond the original installation, whenever I have a concern or question (leaking radiator!) they come out immediately to help ensure everything is working properly.

I would recommend this company to any one who wants the best for there money. The job was scheduled for a certain date and it was finished exactly the time they said it would be done. from start to finish I was well informed what to expect and my questions were answered above and beyond my expectation. The work they did was done neatly and very professionally and when they were done they cleaned and swept making it look like they were never there. this is a top notch company with competitive prices. I gave them 5 stars because they deserve it
