“Generally happy with this office with the exception of Kathleen who answers the phone. She is very unpleasant, rude in demeanor, and should not be the first impression someone has of their office. I asked to leave a message and she advised I could but they are busy and I more than likely wont get a call back. When explaining my situation instead of listening to what I was saying she interrupted and told me before I go any further she needs my date of birth. As a business owner myself I find this a very unprofessional response. Busy or not you should always treat clients with respect Eleanor and the rest of the team are fabulous.”

“I have recently experienced truly superb dental services from Dr.Simon Bernstein and ALL the wonderful staff at PERICO North in Wakefield, MA, including staff who interacted with me while I was being treated, and the office staff who deal with insurance, appointments and all that contributes to running a first-rate dental practice. My regular dental care is from Dr. Gene Lawnicki in Winchester, MA, where I have been receiving similar dental care from Gene and all his staff since the early 1990’s.
