“Let me elaborate on a few examples this past year. While purchasing a vehicle from another state (Florida). Donna was able to alert and guide me in area's that the dealership didn't understand. Example number 2. Donna spotted some outstanding payment notices on the RMV website from one of my former Insurance companies. As a result, I was able to get this incorrect information removed/resolved. Example number 3, Donna was able to help me get my father's estate resolved while informing me that Vermont would not renew my Home owner insurance until the Estate was settled. Her experience and knowledge is very important and greatly appreciated! Everyone I have worked with at this office has been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.”

When you have a family stone, you want to work with a jeweler you trust, and Richard was exactly that. Not only he take care of my grandmother's diamond through his work as a jeweler and reset the diamond into an absolutely beautiful setting, he also encouraged my fiance to get the stone certified (which made my mother extremely happy!). Although I did not work directly with Richard, my fiance said it was an easy, comfortable, and time efficient experience. “Dr. Brox fit my mother in this past Friday afternoon. She spent more than two hours with us and was able to relieve the pain my mother was in. She was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and caring. She gave us her cell number in case we needed her over the weekend. Dr. Brox was nice enough to meet with my mother again Sunday morning and again relieve her pain.
