Communication is great, service - no problem there, quick, and they know what they're doing. Also they do a good job explaining other issues that they see pop up, but without the pressure to try to get you to fix it with them immediately.
The excellent:
The mechanic that works there is very pleasant to talk to. I'm no pro at cars, but I try to understand what's going on, and he really takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he's really passionate about his work and wants the best for his customers.
The bad:
There was a grease/oil stain left on the seat of my car. Party foul. But not a deal breaker.
Overall I'll certainly be back. I liked the service.
EDIT: they offered to take my car in and clean it up for me. They ended up taking my car to a detail shop and my car has never looked so clean! I'm very happy about it. Excellent customer service. 5/5

They greeted me friendly, treated me kindly and took my car on the spot. I have been wanting to find a new mechanic and based off this simple service, I may have found it. Thank you!

As usual, Dan goes out of his way to help get things done right, offer reasonable options, and has a calm demeanor that really helps when you're stressed about a broken down car. The mechanic staff is top notch, very knowledgeable, and super helpful. I always recommend this garage.
