Best homilies and most engaging Pastor. My teenagers even listen and can tell me their take home message. I prefer little to no singing so Saturday mass works for me
Best church I have been to in a long time. Father D does an excellent job breaking down there weekly readings and relating it to us for daily use. The choir does an excellent job and everyone is friendly! The church has great windows with tons of natural light so it doesn't have a gloomy feel. I happy to be part of this parish.
The pastor gives the best homilies I hear ever heard in 73 years as a Catholic. Very welcoming and active parish community.
Beautiful little church. Priest has been there 30 years, wonderful deep voice, easy to listen to,doesn't ramble. Church hall in separate building across the street with kitchen and rest rooms. Active parish
I went to a 4 p.m. Saturday mass. I'm the kind of person who likes music at the service and there wasn't much of that. I also felt like the priest was rushing through the service. I understand that priests these days have numerous churches they have to take care of and it's a lot of work for one person so I don't know if this priest had to go to another service right after this one. But that's why I only gave it four stars. I wasn't there long enough to assess the handicap accessibility features, I just went for mass and came back to New Hampshire. As is typical for most Catholic churches, people going to church at a Catholic Church are not usually very outgoing to strangers. As a Catholic, I'm ashamed to say that things are like that, but it's just the way it is. As my daughter put it, you have to get involved in some kind of group to start getting to know people. I've been to churches of just about every denomination you can think of, and the Catholic church seems to be the only one that's like that. This particular church was no different. I was a stranger going to a church that was not my own and was completely ignored by the congregants. It was during the sermon that the priest asked if there were any visitors and at that point I stood up and introduce myself and gave the reason why I was at that particular Church on that particular day. And even after that none of the conger and spoke to me, not even to say hi.
