  The only reason I gave 4 stars is because our installation window was to be between 1 and 5pm. That morning my wife and I were on our way to an appointment when the door bell rang. This was 8:45am, it was the Closets by Design installer. We had to cancel our appointment. Other than this, it would have been a 5 star rating. The installation went smoothly and our new closet looks great. We are very happy with it and would recommend Closets by Design to anyone looking for a great closet.

  Our consultant designer Barbara said we'd have more room and better organization in our walk-in -- and was she ever right! She designed floor to ceiling shelves with plenty of space to hang dresses, pants, shirts, etc. She was meticulous in her design and the installation team delivered. Highly recommend.

  This is the second home I've worked on with designer Barbara Allard and she was beyond helpful in helping me pick out a closet design and even made suggestions for things I wouldn't have thought of otherwise, including a window bench/storage area. The installers, Jeremy and Jason, were prompt and courteous, cleaned up after and finished the job in the time they promised - would definitely recommend!

  The team at closet by design were great. Emily who came to our home and helped my wife draw up our design for our custom pantry was amazing. The price was fair and the quality of material was very good. The installer was very good and knew his trade. Over a very happy experience.

  Very impressed and had a great experience. For starters, there were the pleasant conversations had with office personnel scheduling appointments to accommodate our time frame. Then meeting with designer Christine C.; who was punctual, personable, and very spirited in her work. The designs she created for both closets to our home in the South Shore worked perfectly to meet our needs. Could tell she really loves what she's doing and we appreciated the follow up to make sure the job was to our satisfaction. And lastly but not least of all; the installers whose professionalism and great talent made quick work of the installation despite slight obstacles to the space. Thank you team Closet By Design - Boston.
