I just had an awesome first session with Brendan and am so excited to continue training with him! He is super knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring you are challenged, but comfortable. He’s extremely friendly and the workout honestly flew by!

Been working with Brendan a bit over a year now and I have to say worth every penny! Our workouts are always challenging but never out of reach. There's days that are more functional, cardio based, and then lifting heavy. This cadence has helped me increase my cardio, lose weight, and move better for the activities I love (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, and soccer). In parallel my posture is far better and due to our "pre-hab"work, I don't get injured anymore. 10/10
Brendan is super knowledgeable! It can definitely be intimidating to work with a trainer, but Brendan meets his clients where they're at. He's deeply invested in his clients, and he tailors his instruction/motivation to your learning style. Brendan's eye for detail can spot opportunities to challenge you yet also recognize when you've hit your limit. He's the best, and you're wasting your time with any other trainer.
I’ve had my fair share of specialized sport athletic & personal trainers over the years and I am thrilled to have found Brendan. When you meet him you will instantly know he holds professionalism in the highest regard; he is extremely educated and thoroughly explains why your personalized workouts are best suited for you. During our first session together he was quickly able to point out an injury of mine, something past trainers were not able to catch nor help me with. With perfect form deadlifting, even with a low amount of weight, I would constantly pull out my lower back in the past. I finally got an answer as to why this was happening and what I needed to do to solve this issue.
I highly recommend Brendan for those who want to improve their athletic performance for boxing as he has a martial arts background. His workouts are very efficient and effective. Ladies, don’t be intimidated to work with him!! When I want to give up at the 8th rep he motivates me to get to 15 in an encouraging positive manner. It does not matter what your fitness level is, he will meet you where you’re at.
I also love his new outdoor workout space! Best of both worlds, indoor and outdoor training.
Brendan was extremely professional. I was very impressed with his knowledge and dedication to his craft. He provided me with specific workouts to help with injuries I have had. I am definitely going back for another session.
