“Go here often to do laundry and the staff is usually very helpful and friendly. Recently, I’ve done drop off service and it has changed my life! So convenient! One of the greatest sensory experiences is the smell of fresh laundry and knowing that it’s all folded is like the cherry on top! Drop off is $1 a pound with extra for comforters and bigger items. They also have a bonus of $2 when you put $20 cash on your card so you get a $22 dollar credit to your card for every Jackson bill you feed into the machine. It used to be $5 but I guess it’s a new year. I took off one star because they offer parking in the back but it’s not very well maintained back there. There was some construction that left a square hole for awhile in the parking lot. That got filled with dirt so I guess that’s a band aid. Once it flooded with the smelliest sewage and I had to walk over large puddles of sewage to get inside with my laundry. But then again, it’s free parking.”
