In quick summary, my overall experience was great. I received excellent service. I had a flat I needed fixed quickly. That saw me day of and had me in and out. Only reason for 4 stars is BJ's overall policy of not selling one tire. They will only sell a minimum of 2. My other 3 tires are brand new, just let me buy 1. This isn't however an item specific to this BJ's auto.
Bjs saves us a lot of money! We get great discounts on our all season and our snow tires using store coupons. They also don't charge for tire rotations if you buy your tires at BJs. The quality of their work has improved over the years. We also get our oil changes done at BJs. Our favorite employee is Raffy. We know that we can depend on him for high quality work done in a timely manner. They are under staffed so we always show up a few minutes before they open with any requests.
