Love this store. The staff is great. I bought my wedding band and a Diamond necklace here. My son also bought the diamond for his wife’s engagement ring and they set the stone in an existing band, beautiful work.
I have always had a good experience when shopping there. I DID have to WAIT one time while the owner was helping an elderly man. It seems the man wanted a "shaver sharpened" there as he had for 10 yrs. The owner patiently chatted w/the man & accepted the razor.
When I inquired, the owner smiled "I'm going to take it to be sharpened somewhere then tell him it's a free service for good customers".

Went in for a quick watch resizing and that’s what I got to the T. Quick, quality service and my phone interaction before hand was excellent. Knew exactly what I was talking about even though I didn’t 😂 (New to watches). Will be coming back for all my watch related needs.
