  We wanted a complete makeover of our townhouse's master bath, and selected Robert Kramer as our prime contractor for this design-build project based upon his stellar recommendations and background in industrial design. We transitioned from a fiberglass shower stall to a tiled walk-in shower spa, and Robert's experience smoothed out many technical wrinkles as this complex remodel took shape, including coordination of the many subcontractors. We highly recommend RK & Associates for design-build services.

  Robert is thoughtful, thorough, and reliable. We've used him for a complete kitchen/den renovation, and for a major addition to our home. He thinks through the project with us; makes sure we're aware of what's going on, and approve of it at every step; and follows through on what he said he would do. He has good tradespeople to do the work, and he's constantly monitoring what goes on. We were delighted with the result both times. He's also very helpful in advising and guiding on possible projects / problems.

  It was a great pleasure to work with Robert Kramer for a second time. We first worked with him on a remodeling job for a house we sold some years ago. When, in our new house, we needed to undertake some repairs and pursue a major remodeling job, we immediately contacted Robert again. Robert is responsive, thoughtful, meticulous, and honest. Robert also has an artist's eye for color and style. When it comes to details, he is meticulous, even obsessive--and that is precisely what one wants in a contractor. We are always happy to recommend Robert, and we will not hesitate to work with him again when the time comes.
